Move the AR collections system into Advantage's own Microsoft 365 environment, with SharePoint as the system of record.

Today's working system is the blueprint — the logic is built portable and tested, so it transfers instead of being rebuilt
SharePoint holds the data, Microsoft automation runs the schedule, Outlook handles delivery
End state: Advantage owns and runs the system in its own Microsoft cloud
